Mood:
I had such a wonderful day today. It's been such a long time since we have a family outing as Daddy is always very busy on weekends. Today he had to take leave as Auntie Teresita is taking the day off. Wish Auntie Teresita could go for off day more often *evil grin*
Anyway we started the day early today. Daddy woke me up at 9am despite the fact that I only slept at 2am *yawn*. We had to get ready for church service which starts at 11am. Daddy said I'm going to the Church Nursery alone while they attend the service. Mummy wasn't too keen with the idea. She's worried that I might cry as I've been rather sticky lately.
BUT I proved Mummy wrong, I had enjoyed my time at the Nursery. Well I did shed some tears when mummy leave me but I soon joined the other toddlers to sing & play.... even the nice nice aunties were amazed by me.
We sang alot of songs in the class as today's lesson was "I’m Loved, So I Can Sing Songs Of Love!" - Psalm 95:1 . I still remember 1 of the song "My God is so Big, so strong & so mighty, there's nothing my God cannot do for you, lah lah lah...." Auntie Elsie told Mummy that I'm ready for SCHOOL when they came to fetch me.
We were off to Sentosa after taking our lunch at Suntec City. Mummy woke me up from napping on Daddy's shoulder when we reach Underwater World. I open my blurry eyes to a tank full of Fishes.... "WOW" my favourite. I had so much fun at the Touch Pool, touching the star fish & the sting ray though I was abit wary of those BIG sting ray.
It was fun till we enter the tunnel, I was real terrified of those GIANT fishes like the eagle ray, sharks, wrasses etc. They all look so BIG and Mummy was still saying they appear 30% smaller than their actual size due to the glass. I also saw Gracie, the Dugong. The Aunites in dive suit were feeding her and she sure has a huge appetitie.
My favourite of all were the turtles, Mummy had to drag me away from the turtle pool. Daddy said we should have just stood outside to watch the turtles & saved the S$35 for the entrance tickets.
As I spent too much time at the turtle pool, we missed the Pink Dolphin's show. Daddy was happy to miss it though. We took the Sentosa Express back to Vivo City & the scenery along the way was breathtaking. We had our dinner at Swensen before heading to the playground for water play.
I was so exhausted that I zonked off to dreamland the moment we got on the cab. Mummy had to take 10 mins to wake me up to take my bath. *grrrrh*
I am so happy just being able to spent the day with Daddy and Mummy. I love you, Mummy & Daddy.
