Mummy told me in the morning to pray for clear skies as she was bringing me to Botanic Garden.
We set off around 5pm after I took my short nap. The journey was quite long, took us almost 1/2 hr to reach the place.
Mummy was not familiar with Bontanic Garden, it's been ages since she last visited. We alighted at the wrong gate. We were supposed to go to Swan Lake but end up we alighted at the Gate nearer to the Symphony Lake.
We took a stroll since the weather was cooling and Mummy showed me many things. Those gigantic rainforest tree, Vanda Miss Joaqium - Singapore Nation Flower, Ginger Garden, mini waterfall etc.
It was almost 1 hour later when we reached the Swan Lake, I was so looking forward to feed the Swan & fishes. Alas, forgetful Mummy had forgotten to pack the bread. But it's ok as I had fun looking at all the fishes, Swan & turtle/tortoise (Mummy and Auntie Teresita couldn't agree on this).
Mummy took a rest at the nearby Gazebo while I run on the grass patch and watch dogs play. There were alot of different species of dogs like Bulldogs, West Highland Terrier & Mummy's favourite Golden Retriever, taking their stroll in the Garden.
We then proceed to the food court for our dinner, after which we just idle around. I played with some other kids. We left Botanic Garden at 9pm to meet Daddy at Suntec City.
It was nice to be at the Botanic Garden. Mummy said we will be back again for picnic soon.
